On 10 June 2026, CyberSecDome was presented at The American College of Greece in Athens during an event dedicated to advanced cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructures.
The session introduced the CyberSecDome framework and its real-world application context, including use cases and operational scenarios linked to Athens International Airport (AIA) and OTE. Participants had the opportunity to explore how the project’s specialised cybersecurity tools can support the protection of vital digital infrastructures through improved threat detection, incident response and situational awareness.
Students and faculty also experienced a live VR/XR demonstration of CyberSecDome technology, showcasing how immersive interfaces can support cybersecurity experts in understanding complex incidents and responding more effectively. The event concluded with an open Q&A session, encouraging discussion on the role of AI, immersive technologies and operational validation in strengthening cyber resilience.
