The CyberSecDome partners have been gathered in Munich, on the 4th and 5th of March, for the 2nd plenary meeting of the project!

The meeting was organized by the Technical Coordinator, TUM,  and at least one representative from each partner joined the meeting physically. The ‘on-site’ nature of the meeting brought together most of the consortium members by giving them the opportunity to make constructive discussions about both technical and non-technical subjects.

The main purpose of the meeting was to present the results achieved since the last plenary we had in November 2023 (M3) and produce a solid plan towards the next action items of each work package objectives. Moreover, some of the discussion points were the CyberSecDome pilots’ experimentation, their existing infrastructure, reference scenarios and CyberSecDome use cases and their run-time evaluation approach.

All the Work Packages (WPs) leaders have provided their current status and a plan for the upcoming 6 months. On the 2nd day of the meeting, we discussed several crucial topics such as the Open Call approach, specifically Task 5.3 which goes into the specifications and the design of the Open Call. All the partners have contributed to this 2-hour session in order to plan the right time plan and actions to disseminate the CyberSecDome Open Call; execute a transparent process for engaging external experts and evaluate third-party proposals.

Also, partners shared ideas about the project’s Communication, Dissemination plan, while we have focused specifically on the Stakeholder’s engagement strategy and joint exploitation activities with the aim of enhancing project visibility and how to broaden the potential impact of our projects’ results.
